WARRANTY

If your Innov8 Racing Inc. product is defective in material or workmanship and you return it to us within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charge to you. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication, alteration, or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than Innov8 Racing Inc. The warranty only applies to original purchasers of Innov8 Racing merchandise and is non transferrable.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Innov8 Racing Inc. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the innov8racing.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Innov8 Racing Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Domestic US orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground. However 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available. USPS is used to ship small orders to PO Boxes. Freight carriers are available for large orders.

 

International orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS depending on availability to your country. Freight carriers are available for large orders.

 

Shipping on all orders is to be pre-paid, and we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within the next 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. If an order will be delayed or has items that are backordered, we will do our best to contact you.

CLAIMS

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity then email us immediately at sales@innov8racing.com.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of "built to order" wheels all returned parts are subject to a 20% handling fee. Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date. There are no returns on special orders, sale items on discount, discontinued items and limited offer items. No returns will be accepted of damaged or used items.

 

If you are returning an item, you will need to contact us at sales@innov8racing.com to get a RGA number. No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization. Include the original packaging and a copy of your invoice.
